PRODUCT & CONTENT
BESTRACK is an online dashboard created by HAPM CONSULTANTS SDN BHD for the purpose of monitoring construction project(s)’s progress. As of February 2023, BESTRACK offers a construction module that is suitable for the contractors to monitor their project(s) such as payment tracking, project issues, drawings, extension of time (EOT) applications, variation order (VO), physical and financial progress, and other related project information.
Other modules will be offered soon and will be informed in the website.
Please contact Customer Service Team and they will assist for the additional/supplementary project(s) in your account.
Currently, anyone with the username and password can access the system. Therefore, the subscriber shall be responsible to keep the username and password for their own use or frequently change the password for a more secure access.
Yes, and the search engine can be found at the top of the web page of the system.
The subscriber’s specific/certain project will not affect other user’s dashboard as the subscriber can only see the information of their own project(s). The subscriber can archive specific/certain project as long as the subscription status is active.
The information can only be seen by the administrator. However, a request can be made by the subscriber to the BESTRACK system administrator with some security questions. Please contact Customer Service for further details.
The name, date and time of the user that edits the data/project information can be seen on the screen. Kindly contact Customer Service for more information.
PAYMENT & FINANCE
The BESTRACK account can be subscribed by contacting the Sales Team in the BESTRACK website. The Sales Team will assist throughout the registration process.

Currently there is no penalty imposed for late payment of subscription. However, your data will be suspended and retained for 14 days, after which the account will be terminated and the data will be erased from the system.
Payment is made on every 25th of the month.
The subscriber shall be charged based on the project’s contract sum, with a minimum subscription contract of 12 months. The payment shall include a subscription to the system and a data entry service for the subscriber, limited only for project management module.
